I focus on producing, showrunning, management and team management. I have 20 years of experience in the field.
I am used to working in an international team and on an international level, both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
I am currently working as a Creative Producer for Oneplay and Nova, where I am responsible for the development and production of projects of various genres.
In 2026, I completed a true story miniseries about the fate of writer Simona Monyová starring Tereza Ramba, and a follow-up documentary series Love does not hurt about violence in close relationships and the transgenerational transmission of trauma. I have in postproduction a true story miniseries Rekord(wo)man about pre-war intersex sports superstar Zdenek Koubek, starring Petr Uhlík.

I have produced a number of successful primetime TV shows – long running period series Golden Swan, which also got international distribution, original crime series, long running musical series, the most popular Czech sitcom ever or Czech version of legendary quiz show “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?”
I have also produced live TV ceremonies, music magazines and a number of short Czech and foreign films and commercials.
In 2014 and 2015, I was based in Romania, where I was in charge of local production within PRO TV, which is part of the multinational media company CME and is local the number one TV company.
At Dawson Productions , I held the position of Head of Development and was in charge of the running of the development department, with a focus on feature films and international co-productions.
I am proud, that I could be involved in the launch of MeetFactory, an international cultural centre, where I served as Director.
I also devote my time to educational projects. In the past, I have been in charge of the non-profit To Vote is Sexy campaign and I am actively involved in projects promoting gender equality awareness.
I also have experience in festival production: I co-organised FAMUfest, Prague Fashion Week and for several years I worked in the production of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival – A listed film festival.
I enjoy writing about parenting, feminist topics, travel, and film and television.
My texts have been published by many Czech media outlets. I have also written for Czech Radio and Filmové listy as part of the Summer Film School in Uherské Hradiště. During my studies I worked as an editor in teenage BravoGirl! magazine.
